Step 3: Submit your Request
To kick things off, we need a few details about your event. This helps MarCom understand your goals and provide the right support. Please submit your brief at least 6 weeks before the event.
2. Attach Agenda, Supplier Confirmations and COOP Details
Make sure you attach all the relevant info to the event request
- Title & subtitle of the event
- Date(s) & Location(s)
- Supplier confirmations
- COOP details (can be added as an excel file)
- Cost center
- Agenda

3. Make Sure You Meet The Deadlines!
In order to successfully promote event and create all relevant assets we need time!
- Minimum 6 weeks for smaller seminars & events
