Step 3: Submit your Request

To kick things off, we need a few details about your event. This helps MarCom understand your goals and provide the right support. Please submit your brief at least 6 weeks before the event.

2. Attach Agenda, Supplier Confirmations and COOP Details

Make sure you attach all the relevant info to the event request

  • Title & subtitle of the event
  • Date(s) & Location(s)
  • Supplier confirmations
  • COOP details (can be added as an excel file)
  • Cost center
  • Agenda

3. Make Sure You Meet The Deadlines!

In order to successfully promote event and create all relevant assets we need time!

  • Minimum 6 weeks for smaller seminars & events
