Every successful event starts with solid planning. This section outlines the key steps your team is responsible for - from booking the venue to managing suppliers - so you can run a smooth and professional event.

  1. Decide on Event Type (e.g. Seminar, Tech day, Hands-On Workshop)

What type of event are you going to host? Will it be a single supplier event or will you invite multiple suppliers to show their products and solutions?

This is important for us to know regarding the COOP invoicing process later on!

2. Define Your Goals and Target Audience

Who should be coming to your event? This is important for us to know so we can address the right audience with our promotions!

3. Confirm Supplier Involvement & COOP Contributions

Which suppliers will be participating? How much COOP has been agreed? What is your local cost center?

We need to have an overview on what has been agreed upon to include in our budget trackers but also to be able to guarantee a smooth COOP transfer process.
